3D GeoData Academy — Partner Program Terms
1. Program Access
The Partner Program is primarily intended for members and clients of the 3D GeoData Academy.
All applications are manually reviewed.
The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
2. Program Principle
This program is built on a simple principle: you recommend what you have actually used.
It is not an open or opportunistic affiliate program.
It is designed for authentic, experience-based recommendations.
3. Promotion Guidelines
By joining the program, you agree to:
- Promote the programs honestly and accurately
- Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or false claims
- Not engage in spam (email, direct messages, comments, etc.)
- Not run paid ads (including retargeting) without prior approval
- Not impersonate the 3D GeoData Academy or present yourself as part of the team
- Not misuse the Academy’s brand, name, or visual assets
All communication must remain aligned with the positioning and standards of the Academy.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their referral links.
Commissions apply only to:
- completed purchases
- successfully processed payments
- non-refunded transactions
Canceled or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.
5. Payouts
Commissions are paid periodically (typically monthly), after a validation period to account for refunds or cancellations.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
6. Attribution
Sales are attributed based on the tracking system (cookies, attribution window, etc.).
The Academy is not responsible for lost attribution due to technical factors such as cookie deletion, private browsing, or multi-device usage.
7. Program Changes
The 3D GeoData Academy reserves the right to modify at any time:
- program terms
- commission rates
- operational rules
Changes apply to future transactions.
8. Termination
The Academy may suspend or remove any affiliate account at any time in case of:
- violation of these terms
- abusive or misleading practices
- behavior that may harm the Academy’s reputation
Invalid commissions may be revoked.
9. Liability
Affiliates act as independent partners.
They are fully responsible for their content, actions, and communications.
