Our Theory-to-Code approach puts you in practice from day one. You code, you experiment, you build. Resources at your disposal:
- Course material: HD videos, PDF slides, interactive Python notebooks, exclusive 3D datasets.
- Complementary library: automation scripts, installation guides (CUDA, Open3D), reference research papers.
- Assessments: positioning quiz, ongoing module quizzes, final project defended orally before a jury.
- Mentoring: individual and group mentoring, weekly office hours.

Success is a shared effort. A few mutual commitments:
- Respect live-session schedules and deliverable deadlines.
- Participate actively in community exchanges with kindness.
- Respect intellectual-property rights on all shared content.
- Sign attendance logs via the dedicated LMS interface.
8. Satisfaction Measurement
- Hot & cold surveys: at end of training and 3 months later.
- Employer survey: sent to the sponsoring company when relevant.
- Continuous improvement: every feedback feeds the semi-annual quality review.
9. Complaints Procedure
3D Geodata Academy commits to handling every complaint with diligence, transparency and fairness.
9.1 Definition
A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction from a stakeholder about training delivery, administration, behaviour or any other aspect of 3DGA activity that requires a response or corrective action.
9.2 How to submit
- Email: howto@learngeodata.eu with subject «Complaint — [Your Name]».
- Online form: via the «Help & Contact» section of the LMS.
- Verbal: during a session with the instructor (3DGA formalises in writing).
- Postal mail: to the 3DGA registered office.
9.3 Processing timelines

9.4 Escalation
- Level 1: pedagogical lead handles the first instance.
- Level 2: Director (Dr. Florent Poux) has 10 business days to decide.
- Level 3: if disagreement persists, the learner may contact the consumer mediator or competent court.
9.5 Register
All complaints are logged and reviewed in semi-annual quality reviews. No complaint registered to date — new English program launched April 2026.

Personal data is processed in line with GDPR and our privacy policy. You may request access, rectification, portability or erasure at any time.
